Absolutely! Even if you’ve never tasted wine beyond taking a sip, CellarMemo helps you get started. Aroma suggestions help you explore what you smell, while the app guides you through a tasting and helps you record your impressions. You’ll be keeping tasting notes like a pro — even if your first description is simply “tasty”.

No. Use your rack, wine fridge, kitchen fridge or other storage space.

A household has a collection and members. A room is a storage area inside that household, not an extra household or subscription space.

Create and confirm an account with the invited email address. Sign in and accept the private code in Settings. Opening the email is not enough.

Household members can access the shared collection according to their rights. Personal notes and scans are separated per user.

No. Stock changes only when you deliberately choose the Drink bottle action.

Yes. Record it as a guest wine without adding stock or creating a formal tasting event.

You choose view only, save for later, add bottles or keep buying interest. Each follow-up action is deliberate.

OCR reads text on your device. AI analyses the photo to help identify wine details. You choose when to use it. Check both kinds of proposals.

Your account may lack AI access or the service may be inactive. Manual entry and free OCR remain available.

No. Check producer, vintage and bottle size before confirming a suggested match.

Two active positions per wine edition: front and back. Supported large photos are resized before upload. Use JPEG if your browser cannot open HEIC.

Review the extracted PDF lines, wine and location, then confirm the proposal. Some PDFs need manual additions.

No. It is a personal list you can export or email to yourself. No supplier order is sent.

Yes, with selectable Excel sheets and fields. Label-photo and invoice-PDF files are not embedded.

You keep access until your paid end date. After an upfront annual subscription, you have 30 days to export. After a monthly subscription, you have 7 days to export.

During that period, you can download your permitted personal data. Adding new bottles, notes and scans is suspended. Download in time and keep your files safe.

After the export period, your account becomes Free and former paid collection data is deleted under the retention policy. Exceptions apply to legally required records and data independently owned by other users.

Reactivate a paid subscription during the export period and successful payment restores the data still held and cancels its scheduled deletion. Read about your export options.

No. Your collection and protected data need internet access. Home-screen installation does not make them available offline.

Choose Solo for your own collection or Family for a shared household. An AI bundle gives you extra label recognitions. Explore the options on the plans page.

Record price information with its source and check date. Keep your tasting notes alongside it to follow how your wine develops.

Explore CellarMemo free for thirty days: 10 active bottles and 5 scan-list items. You choose whether to continue with a paid plan. Your one-off free tasting with 4 wines and 4 tasters is separate from that month.

An included credit is used when a tasting is created. The Family owner approves its use beforehand. Basic includes 2 Basic credits, Premium 4 Premium credits and Magnum 6 Magnum credits per year. Your free tasting is used when it starts.

Choose when you start. Monthly billing pays for one month upfront and renews monthly. Annual billing pays for twelve months upfront and renews annually. The annual price costs less than twelve monthly payments.

Yes. Both billing options give you all your plan’s features and full bottle and scan-list capacity from day one.

Basic Solo/Family gets 50/100 scans per paid month, Premium 100/200 and Magnum 200/400. Family shares the allowance within the household.

Yes. Your full annual allowance is available after successful payment. Basic Solo/Family gets 600/1,200 scans, Premium 1,200/2,400 and Magnum 2,400/4,800 for the paid annual period.

Unused monthly scans expire at the end of the paid month. Your annual allowance lasts for the paid annual period and is renewed when your subscription renews.

Annual billing gives you 2 Tasting Basic, 4 Tasting Premium or 6 Tasting Magnum credits upfront. Monthly billing grants one credit after every 6, 3 or 2 paid months, depending on your plan.

Yes. You can cancel for the end of your current paid month or year and retain access until that date. After the initial fixed term, you can cancel an automatically renewed subscription with at most one month’s notice.

You can choose annual billing. The effective date and any adjustment are shown before you confirm. Contact support@cellarmemo.com to arrange your change.

Up to four personal accounts, including the owner. Share one collection with owner, editor and viewer roles.

The owner approves shared tasting credits. An editor can prepare a tasting and request approval. Viewers cannot spend credits.

Yes. Choose Tasting Basic, Premium or Magnum. Create your own CellarMemo account to keep your tasting and notes.

Twelve months from purchase to create the tasting. The planned event can take place later.

Yes. Each bundle contains three separate credits of one type: Basic €21.47, Premium €40.37 or Magnum €80.87, including VAT.

Extra tastings receive 5% off with Basic, 10% with Premium and 20% with Magnum. A bundle of three of the same type gives 10% off. You receive the best applicable discount.

Eligible tasting participants can try Premium once for seven days. Your participant offer also includes a discount on your first paid annual Premium subscription. The offer explains its terms.
